30-day considered returns
If a non-bespoke item does not suit your space, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging. Contact your concierge to arrange collection. Return transit for change-of-mind returns is arranged by us at a fair, quoted rate; refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
Five-year structural warranty
All pergolas and saunas carry a five-year structural warranty covering frames, welds and load-bearing components under normal use. Furniture, fire and spa pieces carry a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
What the warranty covers
- Structural failure under normal, intended use.
- Defects in materials or workmanship.
- Motor and mechanism failure on powered pergolas (parts and labour).
What it does not cover
- Natural weathering, such as the silvering of teak or patina of Corten steel (these are intended).
- Damage from misuse, accident, or failure to follow care guidance.
- Bespoke or made-to-measure items, except where defective.
Damaged in transit?
Inspect your delivery on arrival. In the rare event of transit damage, notify us within 48 hours with photographs and we will arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you.
