Lead times
Because our pieces are made to order by specialist workshops, lead times reflect genuine craftsmanship:
- Furniture & fire: typically 2–4 weeks.
- Saunas & spa: typically 3–6 weeks.
- Pergolas & structures: typically 4–8 weeks, including any bespoke finishing.

Where we deliver
We ship worldwide. Duties and taxes for destinations outside the shipping origin may apply and, where relevant, are calculated at checkout or confirmed by your concierge before dispatch.
Installation
