Most are. This is what allows us to offer finish and configuration choices, and to keep quality uncompromised. Your concierge confirms lead times before you commit.
Can I request a bespoke size or finish?
Frequently, yes. Share your requirements with the concierge team and we will advise on what our ateliers can accommodate.
Delivery
Is delivery really complimentary?
Yes — white-glove delivery is included on every order, worldwide.
Will you place the item for me?
Our white-glove service places the piece in your chosen location and removes packaging on request. Full installation of pergolas and saunas can be arranged separately.
Materials & care
Will teak go grey?
Grade-A teak silvers naturally over time — many clients prefer this. Our care oil maintains the original honey tone if you wish.
Are the structures weatherproof?
Yes. We specify marine-grade aluminium, weather-treated timber and fade-proof fabrics rated for year-round outdoor use, including coastal exposure.

What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards, PayPal and, where available, instalment options at checkout.
Is checkout secure?
Payments are processed over encrypted connections through certified payment providers. We never store card details.
